what did i learn?

searching about İzmir, learning of old traditional works of
glassmakers, metalworkers and others, trying to comment on
old habits and new kinds of buildings’ relationship.

master plan: the sea and the site’s relation was an important factor. the peddlers, artisans and their works being included in this “office”, architecture became an image with the modern industrial look and the old art-craft.
kinitos come from the sea and approach the platform inside, they take goods produced from here and spread out to the sea like peddlers.
